Information we process
- Account and workspace information, such as names, business email addresses, roles, and authentication records.
- Agent configurations, prompts, knowledge sources, phone settings, integrations, and workflow instructions.
- Call metadata, recordings, transcripts, summaries, extracted fields, and contact information when enabled by a customer.
- Technical and usage information needed to secure, operate, diagnose, and improve the service.
Why we process it
We process information to provide and secure the service, connect calls, execute customer-configured workflows, provide support, prevent abuse, measure reliability, meet legal obligations, and improve product performance.
Customer and platform roles
A business using Dazcall AI generally determines why its caller data is processed and is responsible for notices, consent, lawful calling, retention choices, and responding to caller requests. Dazcall AI processes that data to provide the configured service.
Service providers and transfers
We may use infrastructure, communications, model, storage, analytics, and support providers to deliver the service. Data may be processed where those providers operate, subject to contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.
Retention and deletion
Information is retained for the period needed to provide the service, satisfy configured retention settings, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Customers should configure retention appropriate to their use case and may request account deletion subject to lawful exceptions and backups.
Your choices
Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of personal information. Requests should identify the relevant customer workspace or phone interaction so they can be routed correctly.
