Terms of Service

The rules governing access to and use of Dazcall AI.

Last updated 21 August 2026

Using the service

You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, control workspace access, and use Dazcall AI only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activities performed through your workspace and integrations.

Calling and consent

  • Follow telemarketing, recording, privacy, consumer-protection, and sector-specific laws that apply to every destination and caller.
  • Obtain consent and provide disclosures when required.
  • Maintain suppression and do-not-call controls.
  • Do not misrepresent an automated agent as a human where disclosure is required or would prevent deception.

Customer content

You retain responsibility for prompts, knowledge, recordings, transcripts, contact lists, and other content you submit. You grant Dazcall AI the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and secure that content to provide the service.

Third-party services

Telephony carriers, model providers, calendars, CRMs, messaging services, and other integrations may have separate terms and availability. Dazcall AI is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.

Availability and changes

We may update features, limits, supported models, and these terms as the service evolves. Preview or experimental capabilities may change or be withdrawn. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to protect callers, customers, the platform, or third parties; respond to legal requirements; address unpaid fees; or investigate suspected misuse. You may stop using the service and request account closure.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided subject to the agreement and applicable law. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must not be the sole basis for high-impact decisions. Liability, warranties, governing law, and commercial commitments may be further defined in an order form or enterprise agreement.
